Let me begin by saying my intent for this blog is to share my thoughts/observations and to hopefully inform readers about things I feel are important. I chose to call this blog "The Random Guybrarian" because I intentionally DO NOT want to be restricted to just writing about a small range of library related topics... Sometimes random events permeate my consciousness and I need an outlet to express them.
I am a librarian by trade but I have many other interests. Discussions of the media, philosophy, cultural criticism, politics, and even parenting tips may pervade this venue. Thank you for taking the time to view my blog, I hope you consider it well spent. Please feel free to agree, disagree, or even spout hellish flames at my posts (I like those the best).
